Add or update a system user

System users are the people in your organisation who sign in to Money Alive Office to manage clients and journeys. The number you can have at once is set by your subscription.
What you'll need
- An existing system user account with admin permissions.
- Spare capacity on your subscription (or a disabled user you can re-enable).
Steps — add a new system user
Open settings — click the settings icon in the main menu.

Go to the System users tab — you'll see everyone on the account and their current status.
Click New — top right of the page.

If you've hit your subscription limit you'll see a message explaining your options.

Fill in the form and click Continue.

Send the invite — you'll be given an email template and a direct invite URL. Money Alive Office doesn't send the invite for you, so paste either into your own email and send it on.

The new user clicks the link, sets a password and verifies their email. Once verified, they can sign in.
Resend an invite
If the user loses the invite, click the three-dot menu next to their name and choose Invite links to view and resend.

Update a system user
On the System users tab, click the three-dot menu next to the user and choose Edit.

Update the details and click Save.

Disable or re-enable a user
When someone leaves or hands their seat over, disable their account from the three-dot menu and choose Disable. This frees up a seat on your subscription. Re-enable from the same menu.
If you've already hit your subscription limit, you won't be able to re-enable a disabled user until you upgrade.
