Add or update a system user

System users are the people in your organisation who sign in to Money Alive Office to manage clients and journeys. The number you can have at once is set by your subscription.
What you'll need
- An existing system user account with admin permissions.
- Spare capacity on your subscription (or an archived user you can unarchive).
Steps — add a new system user
Open settings — click the settings icon in the main menu.

Go to the System users tab — you'll see everyone on the account and their current status.
Click New — top right of the page.

If you've hit your subscription limit you'll see a message explaining your options.

Fill in the form and click Continue.

Send the invite — you'll be given an email template and a direct invite URL. Money Alive Office doesn't send the invite for you, so paste either into your own email and send it on.

The new user clicks the link, sets a password and verifies their email. Once verified, they can sign in.
Resend an invite
If the user loses the invite, click the three-dot menu next to their name and choose Invite links to view and resend.

Update a system user
On the System users tab, click the three-dot menu next to the user and choose Edit.

Update the details and click Save.

Archive or unarchive a user
Archiving a system user immediately logs them out and prevents them signing back in. Their seat is freed up, allowing you to add or unarchive someone else in their place.
Click the three-dot menu next to the user and choose Archive or Unarchive.
Archived users are hidden from the list by default. Use the Show archived toggle at the top of the page to include them.
You can only unarchive a user if there is an available system user credit on your account. If the limit is already reached, archive another user first or upgrade your plan before unarchiving.
