You've reached the system user limit

Each Money Alive Office plan includes a fixed number of system users (advisers and admins inside your firm). When that limit is reached, Add or update a system user won't let you create another.
You have two options.
Free up a slot
If a colleague has left the firm or no longer needs access, archiving their record removes them from the active count and lets you add someone else in their place. See Add or update a system user for the steps.
Upgrade your plan
If everyone on the current list still needs access, your firm needs a higher seat count. Email accounts@moneyalive.co.uk with:
- Your firm name
- The number of additional system users you need
- A short note on the timeframe (e.g. immediate, next month)
The team will confirm pricing and update your plan, after which you'll be able to add the new users straight away.
