Money Alive Office support is run by the FCX Technologies Limited product team — the same people who build the platform. We use AI to triage and draft replies so we can resolve most tickets faster, with a team member reviewing every response before it goes out.

We aim to reply to email within an hour during business hours.
Reporting a bug or something not working
If something looks broken or unexpected, send a screenshot with your email — it's by far the fastest way for us to identify and fix the issue. A short description of what you were trying to do helps too.
What to include where you can:
- A screenshot of the screen showing the problem (full window, not just a crop, so we can see the URL).
- The steps you took just before it happened.
- The email address of the affected viewer or system user, if relevant.
- The browser and device you're on (e.g. "Chrome on Windows 11").

A quick search of the Help Centre often turns up the answer faster than waiting on a reply. Common topics:
