Use webforms to capture sign-ups

Webforms let you put a sign-up link on your website, so visitors can register themselves for a journey. Every sign-up becomes a lead.

There's a webform for each box set, ready to use. You'll find them all on the Webforms page.

Billing

You're only charged a credit if the client signs in and watches the first video.

Your webforms

Go to Webforms in the menu on the left.

1. The form: click a row to open its settings.
2. Status: whether the form is Live or Disabled.
3. Joined: how many people have signed up through the form. Click the number to see who they are.
4. Completed: how many of them have finished the journey. Click a client's status in the list to open their report.

The Webform window

1. On or off: switch the form on so people can sign up. When it's off, they can't.
2. Link: the form's address. Press Copy to copy it, then add it to your website, an email or a social post.
3. Tabs:
   • Usage: what the form is for.
   • iFrame: code to put the form inside a page on your website. See Webform embed options.
   • Settings: everything you can change about the form.
4. Settings:
   • Title and description: the heading and text at the top of the form.
   • Logo: the logo shown on the form. PNG, JPG and GIF are supported.
   • Theme: the colour of the background and the submit button.
   • Notify by email: addresses to email when someone signs up, one per line.
   • Advanced: see below.

Advanced settings

1. Small print: extra wording at the bottom of the form, such as a regulatory note.
2. Secondary tick box: a second tick box with your own wording, for example to agree to marketing.
3. Instant form registration: viewers who arrive with their details already in the link skip the form and are registered straight away. It only shows if it's switched on for your account; contact us to ask for it. See Instant form registration.

Fill in form fields from the link

Add details to the end of the form's link and the form fills them in when it opens. If instant form registration is on, the viewer skips the form and is registered straight away instead.
