Add a webform to a campaign

Campaign webforms are the same as standard webforms but attached to a campaign as its onboarding step.

Steps

  1. Open the campaign designer — find the campaign and open its designer view.

  2. Add an onboarding step — click the + on the onboarding section.

  3. Choose Webform — select it from the options.

  4. Turn the webform on — toggle the webform active.

  5. Preview — click Preview to see the form as a client would.

Edit the title and description

  1. Open Settings — select Settings from the left-hand menu.

  2. Find the field — locate the title or description in the settings list.

  3. Edit — click Edit next to the setting you want to change.

  4. Save or close — click Save to keep your change, or Close to cancel.
