These are the third-party services and sub-processors we use to run Money Alive Office, what each one does, and where it processes data.

How we choose and manage them
Every sub-processor that handles personal data signs a Data Processing Agreement with us. Where data leaves the UK, the agreement includes the appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Good to know
- We may add a client to our support systems for a short time while we help them, and remove them once the support is finished.
- Some services depend on where the user is, and some can be switched off on request.
