Do you transfer data outside of the EEA?
Last updated 29 April 2026
FCX Technologies Limited is committed to keeping your data secure. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access and use.
Our core platform stores its data inside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). A small number of third-party providers we rely on for security, monitoring and analytics operate outside the EEA.
In every case we require those providers to maintain adequate levels of protection. We do this through data-processing agreements that oblige them to protect your information, and we ensure any transfer is compliant with UK and EU data-protection law.
Third-party processors operating outside the EEA
| Processor | Purpose | Data accessed |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Web application firewall (WAF) and DDoS protection | User IP addresses and page-view metadata only — no names or contact details |
