Download a journey report

A journey report shows everything a client did on their journey: what they watched, the questions they asked and the Next steps they clicked. You can save it as a PDF for your client file or compliance records.
What's in the report
- The client's details: email, phone, how many times they signed in, and when they joined and completed.
- Progress: each video in the box set, when it was watched, and what the client did along the way, such as links clicked and questions asked.
- Next steps: the buttons the client clicked at the end.
Download it
- Open the client's journey report: click the client on the Client dashboard, or open them from the Client directory and choose their journey.
- Open the three-dot menu and choose:
- Download (1) for a PDF of the report, or
- Evidence pack (2) for a zip file of the journey's records. It's built in the background, and we email you when it's ready.
