Add notes to a client journey

Notes let you capture context against a viewer's journey — questions raised, follow-up actions, or anything you want to remember the next time you open the record.
Walkthrough
Steps
- Open the viewer's journey from the dashboard or their profile.
- Click Notes.
- Type your note and save. Notes are timestamped against your system user and are visible to other system users on the account.
- Edit or add further notes at any time — earlier entries are kept so you have a running history.
