Add notes to a client journey

Notes let you capture context against a viewer's journey — questions raised, follow-up actions, or anything you want to remember the next time you open the record.

Walkthrough

Steps

  1. Open the viewer's journey from the dashboard or their profile.
  2. Click Notes.
  3. Type your note and save. Notes are timestamped against your system user and are visible to other system users on the account.
  4. Edit or add further notes at any time — earlier entries are kept so you have a running history.
