Archive a journey

Archiving a journey removes it from the active dashboard view and stops email notifications, but keeps the full record on the viewer's profile.

Walkthrough

Steps

  1. Open the viewer's profile from the dashboard or a search result.
  2. Find the journey you want to archive.
  3. Click Archive. The journey is hidden from the active dashboard and notifications stop.

How it works

Question Behaviour
Can I undo it? Yes — archiving is fully reversible and the journey is still visible on the viewer's profile.
Will email notifications continue? No — archived journeys no longer trigger email notifications.
Do I get the credit back? No — credits are consumed when a topic is assigned, not when it's archived.
Can the viewer still log in? Yes. If they do, the journey is automatically un-archived so it returns to your dashboard.
