Re-issue videos to a viewer

If a client already has a box set, you can send it again. Either remind them to carry on, or give them a fresh start with their progress reset.
Re-issue a box set
Press Send videos and choose the client, as you would for any invite. See Send a box set invite.
Choose the box set again. Ones the client already has are labelled with the date they were sent (2). You can only re-issue one at a time (1). Press Next (3).
Choose what to do with the existing record:
- A summary of what the client already has, and how far they got.
- Send a reminder: keep the same record, and send a reminder. Their progress stays as it is.
- Start a new record: archive the old record and send a new invite. Their previous viewing is reset.
Press Next (4), check the email, and press Send.
