Re-issue videos to a viewer

If a viewer has already watched a box set, you can send it again — either as a reminder of the existing record or as a fresh start that resets their progress.
Steps
Click Send videos from the dashboard.
Search for the viewer you want to re-issue videos to and click Continue.
Select the box set to resend. Box sets the viewer has already received are marked with a label so you can spot duplicates. You can only re-issue one box set at a time — repeat the steps for any others.
Click Next to move to the duplicate-record step.
Choose how to handle the duplicate record — see the options below.
Review the invite email and click Send. The viewer is emailed and, if you started a new record, their previous record is archived.

| Start a new record | Archives the previous record and creates a fresh one so the viewer can start the journey again. |
