Send a box set invite

You can send any client a box set or Video Explainer by email, straight from Money Alive Office.

Send an invite

  1. Press Send videos at the top of the menu on the left.

  2. Search for the client by name or email (1) and choose them from the list (2). If they're new, choose Add new client instead. Press Continue.

  3. Choose what to send. Use the tabs (1) to switch between Box Sets and Video Explainers, tick what you want (2), then press Next (3). Things you've sent the client before are labelled with the date.

  4. Check the email:

    1. What you're sending. Press Change to pick something else.
    2. Who it's going to.
    3. The email itself. You can edit the wording here, add people to copy in, or press Reset to go back to your template.
    4. Press Send when you're happy.

The client gets an email with a link to sign in, and an access code by email when they do.

  1. Schedule send: choose a date for the invite to go out. See Schedule a viewer invite link.
  2. I will send: for when you'd rather send the email yourself. The button changes to Mark as sent.
