Access codes for viewers (clients)

Viewers (clients) sign in to Money Alive Office using an access code emailed to them — no password needed. The code typically arrives within a few minutes of being requested.

What you'll need

If the access code email hasn't arrived

  1. Wait up to 15 minutes and check your inbox.
  2. Check your spam or junk folder — emails are occasionally filtered there.
  3. Email help@moneyalive.io from the address you signed up with — an automated reply sends a fresh code.
  4. Contact support at support@moneyalive.co.uk if you still can't get in.

Troubleshooting

Symptom What to try
Email still missing after 15 minutes Send a blank email to help@moneyalive.io to trigger a fresh code.
Code says "already used" Each code is single-use. Request a new one — see Access code already used.
Code says "expired" Codes are time-limited. See Get a new access code if yours has expired.
