Access codes for viewers (clients)

Viewers (clients) sign in to Money Alive Office using an access code emailed to them — no password needed. The code typically arrives within a few minutes of being requested.
What you'll need
- The email address you were invited with.
- Access to that inbox.
If the access code email hasn't arrived
- Wait up to 15 minutes and check your inbox.
- Check your spam or junk folder — emails are occasionally filtered there.
- Email help@moneyalive.io from the address you signed up with — an automated reply sends a fresh code.
- Contact support at support@moneyalive.co.uk if you still can't get in.
Troubleshooting

| Email still missing after 15 minutes | Send a blank email to help@moneyalive.io to trigger a fresh code. |
| Code says "already used" | Each code is single-use. Request a new one — see Access code already used. |
| Code says "expired" | Codes are time-limited. See Get a new access code if yours has expired. |
