Fix an "access code already used" error

Every access code in Money Alive Office is single-use. If you see an "access code already used" message, you need a fresh code — a new one is generated each time you sign in.

Steps

  1. Go to www.moneyalive.io and enter your email address again.
  2. A new access code is sent to your inbox.
  3. Enter the new code on the sign-in screen.

Troubleshooting

Symptom What to try
You can't see the new email Some clients stack messages with the same subject — expand the thread and check for the latest one.
The new code also says "already used" Make sure you're using the most recent email — older codes in the stack are now invalid.
