Find your access code
Last updated 29 April 2026
Access codes are emailed to you on every sign-in. If you can't see yours, it's usually a spam filter, a corporate gateway, or a full inbox — this article walks through each cause.
Steps
- Check your inbox for an email from
noreply@moneyalive.ioornoreply@moneyalive.co.uk. - Check your spam or junk folder — codes occasionally end up there. Add both addresses above to your contacts to prevent it.
- Wait a few minutes — most emails arrive within a couple of minutes, but delays can happen.
- Request a fresh code by re-entering your email at www.moneyalive.io, or by clicking Need help? on the access code entry page.
Troubleshooting
| Cause | What to do |
|---|---|
| Invalid access code | Codes expire after 3 hours and are single-use. Request a new one — see How to resend your access code. |
| Spam folder | Some providers call this Junk. Add noreply@moneyalive.io and noreply@moneyalive.co.uk to your contacts. |
| Corporate spam filter | Ask your IT team to whitelist moneyalive.io and moneyalive.co.uk. |
| Full inbox | Free up space, then request the code again. |
| Stacked emails | Some clients group emails with the same subject — expand the thread to find the most recent code. |
| Delayed delivery | Email is usually instant but can take several minutes (occasionally longer). Request a resend if it doesn't appear. |
