Use the Reminders feature

Reminders nudge viewers who started a journey but haven't finished it. Money Alive Office sends a single email at the milestone you configure — for example, seven days after the invite.

Steps
- Open Settings and go to the Reminders section.
- Turn reminders on and choose who receives them — the viewer, the system user, or both.
- Set the milestone (for example, seven days after invite).
- Save. New journeys, plus any open journeys that haven't yet hit the milestone, will trigger a reminder when the time comes.
How it works
| Behaviour | Detail |
|---|---|
| Frequency | A reminder is sent once per journey at the configured milestone — it does not repeat. |
| Backdating | Reminders are not backdated when you enable the feature or change settings. Existing journeys still qualify, but only when they reach the milestone. |
| Recipients | You choose between the viewer, the inviting system user, or both. |

If reminders go to the viewer, Money Alive Office uses this wording:
Hi {FIRSTNAME},
This is a reminder that you have yet to complete the following topics: {list of topics}. Please visit Money Alive Office to complete your journeys.
