Use the Reminders feature

Reminders nudge viewers who started a journey but haven't finished it. Money Alive Office sends a single email at the milestone you configure — for example, seven days after the invite.

Walkthrough

Steps

  1. Open Settings and go to the Reminders section.
  2. Turn reminders on and choose who receives them — the viewer, the system user, or both.
  3. Set the milestone (for example, seven days after invite).
  4. Save. New journeys, plus any open journeys that haven't yet hit the milestone, will trigger a reminder when the time comes.

How it works

Behaviour Detail
Frequency A reminder is sent once per journey at the configured milestone — it does not repeat.
Backdating Reminders are not backdated when you enable the feature or change settings. Existing journeys still qualify, but only when they reach the milestone.
Recipients You choose between the viewer, the inviting system user, or both.

If reminders go to the viewer, Money Alive Office uses this wording:

Hi {FIRSTNAME},

This is a reminder that you have yet to complete the following topics: {list of topics}. Please visit Money Alive Office to complete your journeys.
