What happens when a viewer completes their journey

When a viewer finishes every video in a journey, Money Alive Office notifies the system user who invited them and updates their record so you can pick up the conversation.
What happens
Completion email — the system user who sent the invite receives an email confirming the viewer has finished.
Dashboard move — the journey appears in the Completed column on the Client journeys page.
Journey report opens on click — clicking the viewer's name takes you to their journey report with full viewing history and any questions they asked.
PDF download available — use the Downloads button in the top right to save a PDF for your client file.
