Video isn't playing

Most playback problems come down to bandwidth, browser support or a corporate firewall. Try a different browser or network first, then work through the table below.

How streaming works

Money Alive Office uses adaptive bitrate streaming — the player automatically lowers video quality when your connection drops, so playback can continue. Most modern browsers and devices handle this well, but a few don't, and corporate networks can block parts of it.

Troubleshooting

Symptom Likely cause Fix
Video freezes Browser struggles with adaptive streaming Try a different browser or device (e.g. Chrome on desktop). If that doesn't help, contact support so we can switch your player to a different delivery method.
Video pauses repeatedly Session glitch or streaming issue Sign out via www.moneyalive.io/logout, sign back in and try again. If it persists, contact support.
Three dots / spinner Buffering — bandwidth too low Move to a more stable network (e.g. home Wi-Fi instead of mobile data).
Won't play on a work device Corporate firewall or security software blocking the player Ask your IT team to whitelist Money Alive Office.
