Filter the dashboard

Dashboard filters narrow the journeys you see and the figures shown in Analytics, so you can focus on a single topic, system user, or time period.
Walkthrough
Steps
- Open the dashboard or the Analytics section.
- Click the filter controls at the top of the page.
- Choose the values you want to filter by — see the table below for what each filter does.
- Apply. The dashboard, lists, and any analytics totals update to match the selection. Filters persist as you move between pages until you clear them.
Filter behaviour
| Filter | Behaviour |
|---|---|
| Topic | Limits the view to journeys for the chosen topic or box set. |
| Creator (system user) | Shows only journeys sent by the selected system user — useful for line-manager reporting. |
| Date range | Restricts journeys to the chosen period, based on when they were sent. |
