Filter the dashboard

Dashboard filters narrow the journeys you see and the figures shown in Analytics, so you can focus on a single topic, system user, or time period.

Walkthrough

Steps

  1. Open the dashboard or the Analytics section.
  2. Click the filter controls at the top of the page.
  3. Choose the values you want to filter by — see the table below for what each filter does.
  4. Apply. The dashboard, lists, and any analytics totals update to match the selection. Filters persist as you move between pages until you clear them.

Filter behaviour

Filter Behaviour
Topic Limits the view to journeys for the chosen topic or box set.
Creator (system user) Shows only journeys sent by the selected system user — useful for line-manager reporting.
Date range Restricts journeys to the chosen period, based on when they were sent.
