Every Money Alive Office account includes an Analytics section that tracks journey usage and produces a CSV report of all viewer activity.

What you'll see

The Analytics section is split into three views.

View	What it shows
Overview	Totals for journeys sent, started, completed, and viewers who clicked a next-step option.
Usage	Activity per topic, broken down by week or month.
Client Report	Master CSV download itemising every viewer's assigned journeys, progress, and status — also useful for tracking activity by system user.
