Turn on Refer a friend

Refer a friend lets a viewer pass on a link so a friend or family member can register for the journey they just completed. The day after a journey ends, the viewer is emailed a shareable link, and any new journey created from it is tagged back to the original viewer.
What you'll need
- A subscription tier that includes Refer a friend (you'll see an upgrade message if not).
Steps
Open Marketing — click Marketing in the left-hand menu.

Click the Refer a friend tab.

If everything is greyed out, your current package doesn't include the feature.

Enable or disable each box set — use the three-dot menu on the right of each row to toggle whether it's included in Refer a friend invites.

Preview the email — click the eye icon next to a box set to see the message your viewers will receive.
