Delete a client

Advisers cannot delete a viewer (client) directly from Money Alive Office. You can archive their journey yourself, and the FCX Technologies Limited support team will action the deletion for you. If a viewer asks you for their data to be removed, follow the steps below.

Archive a client

Archiving hides a client from your active list without removing their data. Use this when a journey is finished but you may still need the record for reporting.

Request data removal

If a client asks for their data to be removed, the FCX Technologies Limited support team will action it for you — advisers cannot delete client data directly from the system.

  1. Email privacy@moneyalive.co.uk.
  2. Include the client's name and email address so the right record can be located.
  3. Wait for confirmation from the support team that the deletion has been completed.
