Can I remove a client and get the journey credit back?

No — clients and invites can't be deleted, and journey credits aren't refunded.
Why this happens
This is by design. The risk and PII specialists FCX Technologies Limited works with have been clear that keeping a record of every enquirer offered the Money Alive Office educational journey is an advantage for advisers, not a limitation.
The journey report and any emails sent through Money Alive Office stay on the client profile for evidence. We recommend you also download a copy of the journey report for your own records — it can be useful for PII purposes and FCA / compliance reporting.
