Help a client log in

Clients (viewers) sign in to Money Alive Office with a single-use access code sent to their email — there is no password for clients. The same flow is used every time, whether it's their first visit or a return visit.

How a client signs in

  1. You invite the client from Money Alive Office. They receive an email with a link to www.moneyalive.io.
  2. The client opens the email and clicks the link (or visits www.moneyalive.io directly).
  3. The client enters their email address.
  4. If the email matches an invited client, Money Alive Office sends them an access code by email.
  5. The client enters the access code on the sign-in screen.
  6. They're taken to the video journey they were invited to. If they've been invited to more than one box set, a selection screen appears so they can pick which one to watch.

Troubleshooting

Symptom What to do
Client didn't receive the invitation email Resend it from their record, and ask them to check spam/junk.
Client didn't receive the access-code email Ask them to check spam/junk and confirm the email address they entered matches the one you invited.
Access code not working Codes are single-use and time-limited. Ask the client to request a fresh one by entering their email again.
Client can't see a journey after signing in Confirm you've invited them to a journey — see Send a journey invite.
