Email invite couldn't be delivered

This message means Money Alive Office sent the invite email but the receiving server rejected it — known as a bounce.

Why this happens

Bounces can come back instantly or up to 24 hours later, depending on the client's email provider. Common causes are typos, full inboxes and out-of-office auto-replies that look like delivery failures to the sending server.

Troubleshooting

Symptom Likely cause Fix
Bounce within seconds of sending Typo in the email address Open the client profile, correct the address and resend the invite.
Bounce hours after sending Recipient inbox full Ask the client to clear space, then resend.
Bounce only when client is on leave Auto-reply / out-of-office misread as a delivery failure Wait until they're back, then resend.
Repeated bounces from the same domain Recipient's mail server is blocking us Email support@moneyalive.co.uk so we can investigate.
